TJ worked as Housekeeping Manager over 11 years in different hotels including Ibis Budget, Holiday Inn Leeds & Sheffield, Hampton By Hilton & Hilton.

TJ holds MSc Degree International Hospitality Management, Sheffield Hallam University, Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management, Advance Diploma & Diploma in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management.
